Sara takes a holistic approach to therapy, guiding her clients on a journey of self-exploration. Her counseling perspective comes from integrating a Mindfulness with an Existential approach, while also provide Tapping techniques and energy work to release emotions in the body.

Stacy empowers her clients through a person-centered therapeutic approach which involves collaboration with her clients in order to develop a successful plan for treatment using both cognitive and somatic therapy approaches.
