Monday 11/17/2025 | 5:30 - 6:30p | Beginning Parts Work with Rae

 This one-hour workshop invites you to get to know the many “parts” that make you who you are — and meet them with understanding instead of judgment. Through gentle mindfulness and reflection, you’ll learn the basics of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps us restore balance and self-leadership from the inside out. No prior therapy experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart!

Breathe in rhythm, release, and come home to yourself. This 60-minute guided journey invites you into a gentle, continuous flow of breath that quiets the mind, softens tension, and opens space for healing from within. Through this practice, you’ll access the body’s innate wisdom, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with clarity and calm.


Each session closes in gratitude; honoring the breath, the body, and what was released. Please bring a blanket, water, and an open mind. A journal is welcome for reflections that may arise after your practice.

Resonant sound has been found in wellness and spiritual practices for centuries and is believed to deepen the mind/body connection. Crystal instruments that emanate pure and penetrating sound restore a balanced mind/body connection. In this beginner friendly class, we begin with intentional gentle yoga for 20 minutes that prepares the body to settle onto the mat for 40 minutes of resonant sound practice.

Friday 11/21/2025 | 3:00 - 5:00p | New Moon Deep Reset with Rae, Sara, Alyson, & Dilnoza

Exhale deeply and return to yourself. The Deep Reset is a two-hour immersive class designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit through a seamless flow of guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and a soothing sound bath.


We begin by grounding through meditation and deep rest, preparing the body to open and receive. Guided breathwork then invites release and renewal, clearing emotional tension and reconnecting you with your inner stillness. The experience closes with the healing vibrations of sound, allowing your system to fully integrate and restore to harness possibility and renewal.


Please bring a blanket, water, and an open heart. A journal is optional for reflection afterward. This class is suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed, only a willingness to breathe, reflect, and receive.
